Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently focus exclusively on providing the best service within Australia.
Where are the products shipped from and will I pay duties?
While we manage our brand from Ottawa, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all Australian orders. This means the price you see at checkout is final. All GST and customs duties are pre-paid by us—you will never receive surprise fees or customs invoices upon delivery.
How long does delivery take?

• Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.
Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major secure payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure systems.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been processed and cannot be modified.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email info@lumivaro-style.com. Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please do not send returns to our administrative address in Ottawa without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
What if the item I received is defective or damaged?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
