At Lumivaro (lumivaro-style.com), your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains our return, refund, and cancellation terms in full accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Australian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Returns Window & Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a successful return process:

• Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
• Products must be unused and in original condition (except where inspection was necessary).
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping & DDP Guarantee

• Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Lumivaro will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or does not match the description.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees ($0.00). Furthermore, as we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, your original purchase price includes all applicable GST and duties—no hidden deductions will apply.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
