2. Online Store Terms & DDP Guarantee

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or territory of residence within Australia. To provide a seamless shopping experience for the Australian market, Lumivaro operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis:

• The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
• All applicable GST, import duties, and customs clearance fees are included in the purchase price.
• You will not be charged any additional fees by the courier or border authorities upon delivery.

3. Accuracy of Information & Billing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on this site is accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and return procedures are governed by our specific policy pages. Please note that our registered address in Ottawa is an administrative office only and is NOT a return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed. Please contact us via email for return facility instructions.
